    Default Trojan?

McAfee says I have a trojan named JS/Sotfone.gen . Is this a real trojan or is McAfee finding not existing "problems" then fixing them?

Try using a several online virus scanners and scanning the location of the trojan and see what crops up.

Security vendors use their own naming conventions to identify malware: http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_248014.htm
