    Default Will not fix

    THe program downloaded fine but when it checked my system and I asked them to fix the problems, the system tells me that I am not the administrator and it can not perform the tasks. I have checked my computer over and agian and I am the administrator, in fact, I am the only user account on my computer. Please help!
