Very bad virus, computer wont allow any programs to run.

Hi, I am typing this from my blackberry because there is a fake ant-virus program that won't allow me to run any programs or connect to the internet. I seriously can't do anything...is there hope or should I get a new computer?

I can boot in safe-mode with networking, but I can't access the internet to download anti-spyware programs. Spy-bot is showing cookies, not spy-ware.
