Found by resident process during a Windows Update session to install new drivers for the Nvidia display adaptor. From the log:

Encountered and terminated 2Search in C:\DOCUME~1\Steve\LOCALS~1\Temp\nView\nviewsetup.exe!

Spybot S&D displayed a message saying nviewsetup.exe was malicious and the process was terminated.
I then ran a Spybot S&D scan on that file, and Spybot S&D reported that the file was OK.

please make sure to have Spybot S&D fullly updated, then restart the computer.
The false positive should not reoccur, if it does please send in a copy of the falsely detected file to detections@spybot.info with a reference to this thread.
