systems internal antivirus/malware

I have this malware that upon initial arrivail disabled my ability to open spybot, kapersky and my control panel ... I had to stop the process in task manager then open spybot etc. after running a scan and fixing the problem, it still pops up yet spybot doesnt see it any more anyone have this same problem and more importantly have you fixed it and how . thanks

Can you produce a DDS log for a helper to analyze please.

Instructions here: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic, copy paste the log into it and someone will advise you when available.
