    Default may i ask?

i was playing a game online, a person who had lost told me i'd been hacked. i didn't think much of it until someone mentioned a username that i hadn't used. then more info, the more it could have been done. i am on windows 7, i run kaspersky av, windows firewall. all currently updated. how can i tell? what do i do? kaspersky OL AV is down and has been. can anyone help? or direct through properly? thanks!

Did the information coincide with any changes that you actually noticed? Also how is the computer running and have you changed the password to your game account?

    Best regards.

hello tashi and thank you so much. i have changes passwords and the info known could have been a guess, but it was a dang good one if so. it's a brand new e-machine and it is a tad sluggish mostly while at that site. i've have kaspersky miss things big time, am running malwarebytes now. i heard about running netstat? in command prompt and seeing about certain ports in use but cant find it on 7 lol! i didn't know how to check or what would catch it. any help i thank you for.

Graphics on a gaming site can do that.

    Hi rcb56,

As none of the scans picked up anything and the computer appears to be behaving normally keep an eye on things and get back to us if that should change.

    Cheers,
