Right Click menu question

How do I remove "scan using Spybot Search and Destroy" and "Scan ""program name"' click on from my right click menu please?

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shell_menu_view.html got rid of "scan using Spybot Search and Destroy", but not "Scan ""program name"" click on from my right click menu. I'd like to get rid of that also.

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html wanted to get rid of all of Spybot Search and Destroy so I didn't use it.

You cannot remove Spybot altogether from within either of those tools.
