SB can't remove Mywebsearch?????

I have XP and use Google Chrome browser. This morning I was on the web and suddenly everything came to a halt. Browser would not leave google.com my homepage. After trying everything, SB popped up and said something was trying to change homepage. I clicked deny. I then ran full scan with SB and it found multiple entries for MyWebSearch. When finished I had it delete it. After rebooting, SB pops up with:

command.com\cdel\"C:\programFile\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\F3Dact.dll"


Should I be allowing this? I am confused! When i looked in program files I can't find a folder called MyWebSearch. Help

I forgot to add that when I deny, at least 7 or 8 other screens follow from
SB that are the same but have different numbers.
