Unhappy Help with Win32/Nuquel.E and BankerFox A virus removal

    Aloha!

Need to ask for help with my moms laptop. It is fairly new, bought about 4-5 ago, has Windows 7 operating system on a Dell Inspiron 1545.

She's been hit with the Win32/Nuquel.E and BankerFox A virus and it's obviously blocked her from accessing her Task Manager to address it that way. We've also run Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D in safe mode with networking and both scans have turned up with no virus threats. Her desktop int the meantime after booting up in normal mode, gets plastered with the fake Antivirus software alerts as well as porn windows (my poor mom!) and the others.

Don't know how else to go about removing this in safe mode or in any mode for that matter. I have been trying to help as best as I can over the phone from another island and it's definitely frustrating. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    Mahalo,
    Miss Dee
