    Default Problems in scan

I am new user to Spybot. My bank told me to use it after there was a problem with internet account. I ran a scan last night and it came up with 70 malware issues which I deleted and then immunised against. But during the scan (took ages) there were lots of "Problem" errors that I had to click ok in order to continue scan. I was worried that something was up with my comp again tonight and my mouse got moved taken over for a short time. I have run the scan again and these problems have come up:

    C:\Program Files\Spybot-Search_Destroy\Includes\Adware.sbi
    C:\......\HijackersC.sbi
    C:\......\Malware.sbi
    C:\......\MalwareC.sbi
    C:\.....\PUPS.sbi
    C:\....\PUPSC.sbi

    What do these mean?

Also during the scan (still going now) in the bottom left hand corner where you see the numbers - progress of the scan it shows names. I presume these are what it is looking at on my comp. Well it has shown loads of gambling casino and other stuff I never use or do on the internet so I am really worried this kind of stuff is on my machine.

Can you explain? Thanks - I really appreciate any advice and help

    Hello,

    1. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Spybot - Search & Destroy including the latest updates.

To see which version number and/or updates of Spybot - Search & Destroy you are using please run Spybot-S&D and choose "Help" --> "About" in the menu bar.
There you can see which version you have and which updates are installed.
It should be version 1.6.2 and the updates from the 2010/10/13.

    2. This is only the status bar displaying the products Spybot - Search & Destroy is currently searching for. It does not mean that all these items are on your PC.

    Best regards
    Sandra

Thank you so much for your help.
