    Default Malware inhibiting computer

This is embarrassing, but this is a repeat visit for me. I was attacked by the same virus twice. I opened my archive thread and attempted the same fixes but the program has grown wise and not only prevented Kaspersky and other online virus scanners from running, but even prevented me from posting from my laptop. I had to find a different computer to use. I apologize for the inconvenience, any help that can be offered is much appreciated.

Here is my DDS file, I didn't have a way to zip the attach file so I just downloaded it as a .txt, if there's something else I should do please let me know. Thanks
