TYPO? log file settings: overwrite existent else append

1) TYPO? log file settings: overwrite existent else append ??? how can one append to a file that is NOT existent ??? can one turn on append rather than overwrite ??? what does the program do now uf unchecked ???

2) i checked Qiwangc.AdvancedDefrag as ignore item on pups yet it still finds it (at least in on request file check). i havent finished a complete scan yet. i thought spybot should ignore all anywhere if requested. just a test for now. all other anyvirus / anti malware programs do NOT list Advanced Defrag as a problem.

1. It only says that this is the alternative if you do not check it.
2. As far as I know ignore products are only being supported in a full scan.
