Default Hijackthis log and DDS - problems, keyloggers, etc?

Hi, I've noticed that my emails and msn chats have been accessed yet I do not keep logs. I downloaded and ran snoopfree which said there were a few programs doing keyboard hook. So I did the hijackthis scan and the log is posted below. I also did the DDS scan and supplied the files. I'm not sure what to make of it. Please give advice. Thank you.

    Hi,

IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

    SoulSeek

I'd like you to read this thread.

Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red).

Disable word wrap in notepad and then run DDS again. Post back its logs.
