Need Help with SpyBot detections

I could not figure out which forum to post this in. I am not very technical and need help.

I recently loaded MicroSoft Security Essentials (MSE) on my PC.

SpyBot is still loaded not not running live/RealTime.

Last night I did a SpyBpt scan and it showed 17 entry changes for SmartShopper (2 changes), Zango (11 changes) and Zango ShoppingRetreat (4 changes). All are Adware entries.

I was concerned because the MSE scan did not report these. When I posted on the MSE board they said that these were 3rd party cookies that their SW did not check for. MSE folks made it seem trivial.

SpyBot shows the changes as either Registry Key or Registry Value changes.

I run ccleaner ever day and delete all my cookies prior to shut down. I ran ccleaner prior to the SpyBot scan.

Can someone help me figure out what is going on here?

So far,I see the things you've listed as ad-ware,or ad-ware,pups in Spybot.But,to be sure,since I just glanced:
Could you open Spybot,click Mode->Advanced Mode->Tools->View Report,then select View Previous Report.Double click the fixes.txt from the scan you ran last night(it will have the date at the front of it....Fixes.yymmdd-hhmm.txt)
