    Talking Warning: Your computer is infected mssg says my googletoolvaruser_32.exe is infected

    Help. I have an error msg, blue screen NTFS.sys error then it boots my computer DOWN. I've downloaded S&D but this infection will not let me "run" S&D. It just does not respond to "run" software. I do not mind just getting to c prompt and reformatting back to mfg. system but whatever is on my compter will not even let me get to dos prompt. Please assist!
