Not Sure What is Going On

My wife was on a retailers website when all hell broke loose. All of a sudden, a defragmenter icon was in the system tray. It also had an error in the system tray that said "Critical Error-Hard Drive Missing". Also, it installed, on my desktop, a Defragmenter shortcut, also a test.exe shortcut. Also, WIN Patrol is finding two new files that want to launch at startup. C:\Windows\uyirabulezell.dll,startup and C:\Windows\dipjes.dll, startup. No matter how many times I tell it not to allow them they keep coming back. I tried to run Malwarebytes, but right in the middle it re-started my computer. Please take a look. DDS.txt included.

By the way, this is not a company computer. I purchased it from my company that was going out of business. It is my personal computer.

Post fresh dds logs (both dds.txt & attach.txt), please.

Thank you Blade. An update since I posted. I was able to run Spybot S & D, and it found Virtumonde.prx. The only reason I ran it before you were able to reply was because of Winpatrol. At least once a minute, it will give me a warning that 2 files are trying to run at startup. It happens no matter how many times I disable them (I didn't want to delete anything until you advised me to.). Both of these were first detected the night I started having issues. They are as follows:

and

C:\WINDOWS\dipjes.dll,Startup

The first one is not signed, and the name varies. The second one is signed by Cygwin, but because it apeared at the time I started having problems I have been disabling it. Here are the logs:

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update to the latest version...

Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 23.
• Click the
  Download
  button to the right.
• Select Windows on platform combobox and check the box that says:
  Accept License Agreement. Click continue.
  
• The page will refresh.
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
• Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u23-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version. Uncheck Carbonite online backup trial if it's offered there.

* Go here to run an online scanner from ESET.

• Note: You will need to use Internet explorer for this scan
• Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
• Click Start
• When asked, allow the activex control to install
• Click Start
• Make sure that the option Remove found threats is not checked.
• Click Scan

Running much better. I re-started Win Patrol and am no longer getting the warnings, nor do I see the rogue files even listed there anymore. I think ya nailed it. Will await final instructions for clean up. Thanks Blade.

I got a WinPatrol message as soon as I re-started it. It says it has detected a change to one of my file type associations.
