right media infection

hey guys ive no doubt been infected by right media spy wont kill it as it keeps comin back.. ive been runnin spy and windows defender. when i noticed a prob i went lookin for a solution from microsoft and downloaded security essentials it wont pick up any trace of it.. ok so here it is i prob will need a detailed description of what to do as ive read the section read here first only wtf is a dds is that the report after scan? obviously im a beginner!!

wow holy moly you are quick off the mark..yep looks like thats worked it does not turn up on scan anymore.. i wonder now if i might have another problem that is not showin up. seems my msn page is trying to send messages to all others i know with attachments and post master is blocking it... i know its a little vauge but i trust your intuitive sence.. look forward to your response.. and thank you for great work on the other job..

Aside from the MSN issue has your computer shown other signs of infection, any alerts by your security programs?

Also what is your operating system.

no there does not seem to be anything else wrong with it boots up good and net speed does not seem 2 b slow! and scan says its clean as a whistle!!
