    Default Computer freezes after log in

    I recently used Spybot - Search and Destroy to get rid of some usage tracks on my computer,which I think were important because now my computer is freezing shortly after log in even in safe mode sometimes and my auto-run programs,such as Avast! and Comodo are not starting. When I try to run any programs at all other then the internet and command prompt in command prompt safe mode, nothing happens. I right click and there is no option to run.I have tried to disk check 2 times,tried to recover the files using the recovery option in Spybot, and system restore, all did nothing. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
