Smitfraud-c.Generic false?

Hello, this popped up on Spybot this morning randomly, I've had a look at a bunch of removal sites as well as here and none of the files normally associated with this aren't showing for me. Malwarebytes isn't picking it up at all so I'm just wondering if this could be a false positive? I have saved the results log for that scan and can post if required, just not sure what is needed as I'm a first time poster.
