I'm HIJACKED!!!!

HelP!!!!

I "accidentally" went to a porno site and now, my system is JACKED......

I installed 1.3 spyboot and it won't get rid of it. I'm on windows 95 AND

whenever, I log in It REDIRECTS my Homepage!!!!!:devilpoin

How can I make this stop:(

Assuming you haven't done so already, can you not go to Internet Options in your browser and change the homepage manually. For e.g. when usin I.E you go to TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS>Homepage> Use default.

note: windows 95 is almost over 10 years and the system is no longer being supported by Windows support...

we have 2 options here....
if you are using a system that is 10 years old, then this system is not that important to you as you use it for porn surfing....

so just do a format & partision and install 2000 at the least...

2nd option, is to try to type in a yahoo page instead of default. because the system is being tricked into believing that the home-page redirect is your home page... so type insome home page.

good luck and try to get a copy of windows 2000 for you system... it is very stable and with the latest service packs you will be impressed.

Why don't you run TeaTimer and set your home page back .. when you get the message about it been changed than click block.

I've even tried manually deleting some of the obvious threats - yet they keep coming back
