Default 19 Trojans and many more spyware infections

I was trying to help someone with their pc and found out the pc they bought used in fact never had been updated with os security updates. By the time I got to look at it and ran spybot S&D and updates it was thoroughly infected and I must say I have never dealt with so many infection found through spybot but I was completely surprised after running the scan spy S&D dialog came up asking to allow or deny permission for these entries (all 388 of them) I didn't know if i should have allowed or denied them but the app gave me indication one way or the other but it would seem I made the wrong choice What do I now? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello,

If you have scanned and fixed items with Spybot you have to allow the registry change that the Resident TeaTimer is asking for.
Only then the items will be deleted completely.

Please read this information about TeaTimer:
    What is the Resident TeaTimer?
and Why does Resident TeaTimer terminate the application before asking?
If you surf the web and without any user interaction the TeaTimer pops up and warns about a registry change it is better to "deny",
but if you install something by yourself it is OK to "allow" the change.
The tutorial (point 8) on our homepage should also help explaining.

    Best regards
    Sandra
