    Default 274 files in use and can't be removed.

    What are these? And should I be worried?

    If you've got message about temp. files and you selected yes, it will just delete Temporary files which were supposed to speed-up spybot scan time. Probably some program was still using them, so you couldn't delete them. You shouldn't be worried about it.
