Relevant Knowledge

I hope I'm posting in the right place, this is my first use of any forum ever I believe.

Anyway, this morning I found that Relevant Knowledge was on my computer, I ran Spybot and it threw up this error message linked with the Relevant knowledge spyware:

Error Message:(Cannot create File "C:\windows\Wininit.ini".access is denied)

I realise this is probably due to P2P software and so I have since removed (with great difficulty) uTorrent.

I have attatched a snipping of what Spybot is showing me.

Any help on removing this would be very much appreciated.

In case you missed it please see the forum FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions on posting preliminary "DDS" logs for analysis.
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic providing the logs and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
