Startup Applications Help Please

I am trying to use "show and manage applications" tools in Spybot Search and Destroy. I am getting the following statement when I try to change a application to not startup. The statement is: "you are missing administrator rights to perform this action". I am using Windows 7. my user account is as an administrator. So I don't understand why Spybot is saying I am not an administrator. I don't know if it is a bug in Spybot or is there another level of "administrator" I am not aware of.
