Error with RunAlyzer and Spybot: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain...

Error: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

The error occurs on both Spybot and RunAlyzer. I have tried the same Spybot executable on another pc and it does not have the issue.

I want to run Spybot so that I can clean up a virus that keeps shutting my pc down.

I had the Security virus earlier today where a fake virus scan program came up and said that I was infected with dozens of viruses (McAfee did not show them).

I removed the Security "Program" but now my computer restarts over and over. I can't run Spybot because I can't install it.

Please help

How did you remove the malware and what is the operating system please.
