Right media prob dds & attach logs

Spybot removes the bug but it re-appears each time I re-boot, constantly keep getting a pop of I got a virus please download a anti virus programme, windows security centre keeps popping up and a fake programme that suggests its clearing the bug. Please assist

Oh and this time I can't get combo fix to work even though I've followed the instuctions on how to disable AVG 8.5 by disabling the resident shield. Combofix wont load and AVG doesn't want to un-install either
