Registry Administrator Problem

Don't know if this follows on the same problem,but I encountered this today and seems like Spybot isn't able to remove this and it affects regedit and disables admin rights using regedit

Please see this FAQ "BEFORE You POST"(Please read this Procedure Before Requesting Assistance) It includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide preliminary DDS logs, which are used for analysis.

Then start a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer will advise when available.
