False Positive: request a re-evaluation

Dear Spybot,
Your anti-virus software has been flagging our Yontoo Layers Platform installer and site. We would like to request a full re-evaluation from Spybot.
We have addressed a number of compliance issues recently brought to our attention and have implemented several improvements to our installer and site. With such improvements, we believe the Yontoo Layer Platform should no longer be flagged by your services.
We have attached a document, “Yontoo Platform Installer and Disclosure Improvements”. This document lists all of the items we have recently rolled out. We have also included the screen shot of how we are being flagged by Spybot.
Please re-examine our site, and install process. If Spybot feels the Yontoo Layers Platform still falls into a category where flagging is necessary, we would like to request feedback on the issues we need to address in order to be “whitelisted”.

we received your documents and are willing to remove your software from our detection as long as you comply with the measures described in your documents.
However a white listing will not happen since your software will show advertising and will collect user data.
