Uninstallation Issues

My little brother downloaded a copy of the Spybot S&D 2.0 Beta, and after finding it not to his liking attempted to remove it from his system. After he wasn't able to, I tried to remove it from his system.

Now that I can't seem to remove it either, can anyone help me manually rip this thing off of the computer? The uninstaller, after a number of warnings to try and keep me from uninstalling it, refuses to uninstall. It freezes at the start of the uninstall process and will hang there for hours if left alone.
