Ok, took care of the final steps. Looks as if she's good to go. I went to the Forum about the C++ issue. Looks as if this is an on going problem. Lot's of people complaining to Microsoft about their slothfulness with the issue. Two options to fix it. Either 'Hide' the update, or re install the entire machine!Go figure.
