Does this new Beta 2 correct the problem of not being able to permanently disable SpyBot S&D Services via it's user interface? See http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.p...4&postcount=16

Default Best way to replace Beta 1 with Beta 2 (???)

Hi, I've seen many people having problems uninstalling the Beta 1 version. I have Beta 1 installed but all services disabled.

I'd like to give a try to the Beta 2 version, should I download it and install it on top of the Beta 1 version or should I uninstall the Beta 1 version first?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

So far, better than BETA1, but it still has some bugs that need addressing.

The beta 2 installer should do the right thing when beta 1 is already installed. So a previously installed beta 1 should not cause any problems when installing beta 2.

I have so, even before posting this comment.

Actually, I only found one so far.

This new version is looking fairly good.

Unfortunately, I have found another bug; scanning from the context menu does not work.
