Fraud.youtube.prx....please help

I have run spybot a few times and it keeps finding a file named fraud.youtube.prx. Each time it says it removes the file, but every time I run spybot it finds the file again. My computer has been acting strange lately, and I believe this in the reason why. Is there a way I can remove this manually? Please help.

In case you missed it please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS logs and the top of the Spybot-S&D log showing the detection.

A volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
