    Default Guard Online

    Spybot can't seem to find it & I can barely use my computer. I'm not an expert at all but I tried to get rid of it myself anyway. Not sure if I've damaged my machine in doing so but now I'm just pissed.

    Does anyone know why Spybot & Malwarebytes won't work with this thing? I had XP Defender before & this looks similar. I'm just not sure what to do now.

    Hello Walkin_Softly,

    In order for someone to advise they will need to take a look at the system.

    Can you produce a DDS log as shown in post #2 of the forum sticky, then start a new topic copying the log into it so a volunteer analyst may help you when available.

    If DDS won't run and produce a log please start a new thread anyway and explain the situation.

    I don't know what a DDS log is nor how to find it or make it.
