detected excessive number of clients

Last week I received this message "we've detected 117884 clients running spybot... in your network". This week it was 117,789 clients. I don't understand? We have 3 laptops and 4 desktops and usually only 5 are up at a time since there are 5 of us in our house. Am I infected somehow? I just reloaded my computer because it was not working. How could I be infected already? Is it this beta spybot? Says scanner version 2.0.6.131
