Description:
PB.FBImg.rtk is a Trojan horse that uses spam via instant messengers to promote its malicious sites. These sites pretend to contain pictures on Facebook. Once a user visits these sites he will receive a download file which tries to look like a picture to make the user execute it. Once executed the Trojan horse contacts download sites to download further components which install themselves using rootkit functions. The hidden rootkit component constantly connects to its malicious server in background.
