    Logs attached. Browser still redirecting. Didn't remove anything from the ESET log files, and all programs updated like you asked.

    Save this as
    CFScript

    Close all browser windows and refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe (let the tool to update itself if prompted).
    Then post the resultant log. If redirecting still happens please check all your browsers to see if each of them is affected.

    Sorry about the long delay... I had thought the problem fixed but the computer is still redirecting on Google Chrome. I don't use any of the other browsers enough to know if they are being affected still, but Chrome is still being redirected. Thanks for your help so far.

    Please test your other browsers too. It's important to find out if Chrome is only affected.
