    Hi,

Download aswMBR to your desktop. Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it
Click the Scan button to start scan

On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply.

    Hi,

Do you get any error messages? If possible try to run TDSSKiller/aswMBR in safe mode.

    Default Nothing

I have tried to run both the TDSSKiller and the aswMBR in safe mode and neither start. There is no error messages in either safe mode or regular start. When I click them the permission box comes up I agree and nothing else happens after that I have tired over and over

    Hi,

Go to Start > type or copy/paste the following in the search program and files textbox, then press Enter

    diskmgmt.msc

Capture and attach a screenshot of what you see there.

    ---

Please download MBRCheck.exe to your desktop.

Be sure to disable your security programs
Double click on the file to run it (Vista and Windows 7 users will have to confirm the UAC prompt)
A window will open on your desktop
if an unknown bootcode is found you will have further options available to you, at this time press N then press Enter twice.
If nothing unusual is found just press Enter
A .txt file named MBRCheck_mm.dd.yy_hh.mm.ss should appear on your desktop.
Please post the contents of that file.

    Hi,

Try this please. You will need a USB drive that can be emptied (=formatted).

Download http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/un...ows-latest.exe & http://noahdfear.net/downloads/boota...xpud-0.9.2.iso to the desktop of your clean computer
    • Insert your USB drive
    • Press Start > My Computer > right click your USB drive > choose Format > Quick format
    • Double click the unetbootin-xpud-windows-387.exe that you just downloaded
    • Press Run then OK
    • It will install a little bootable OS on your USB
    • After it has completed do not choose to reboot the clean computer simply close the installer
    • Remove the USB and insert it in the sick computer
    • Boot the Sick computer
    • Press F12 and choose to boot from the USB
    • Follow the prompts
    • A Welcome to xPUD screen will appear
    • Press File
    • Expand mnt
    • sda1,2...usually corresponds to your HDD
    • sdb1 is likely your USB
    • Press Tool at the top
    • Choose Open Terminal
    • Type in: parted -l and hit Enter.

Post back what reads on the screen after typing that command.
