Question Computer hijacked by win 7 internet security, spybot says I don't have a virus?

First off, thank you for your kind help. I have little experience with viruses. Last night, my ASUS laptop was hijacked by the win 7 internet security 2012 virus. This morning, I did some research, found Spybot, downloaded it, ran it one time, it said nothing found. I disabled teatime, ran it a second time, it still said no threats found. I don't believe this virus is gone although my computer seems to be working normally right now. Here's the log that the FAQ said to copy here...

Darn it, tried to upload the zipped attachment, but I don't see it. I'll try it again.

It's telling me invalid file. Do I need to zip it, or can I just post it? Thanks!

Okay, please pity the computer-naive user. Used the wrong format to zip it.

    Good, let's continue

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix tool:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully first.
