    Default I immunized and now I can't ...

    I immunized with S&D and now I cannot launch iTunes on my computer. This is the only thing I have done to my computer since I last used iTunes. Could immunizing keep the program from launching?

    Why not see if you undo the immunization whether iTunes now behaves as you expect?
    If that is not the solution to your problem, you can redo the immunize and you would then need to do more diagnosis (possibly your iTunes installation has become corrupted: try uninstalling/reinstalling it)
