Temporary Internet Files are in use and could not be removed

Not sure if I have any issues. My PC running on 64bit Vista has been having some minor freezing issues. My question is, when loading spybot, a box pops up asking to delete all temp files. After saying yes, it always tells me that there are 98 or so files that are currently in use and cannot be removed. All browsers are cleared and closed before running spybot as well.

Until we deem your system clean I am going to ask you not to install or uninstall any software or hardware except for the programs we may run.

Running programs with Vista or Windows 7 , you need to Right Click on the program and select RUN AS ADMINISTATOR






Download TFC to your desktop

• Close any open windows.
• Double click the TFC icon to run the program
• TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,
• Click the Start button to begin the process.
• Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.
• The program should not take long to finish it's job
• Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,
• if it doesn't, manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

Now try running Spybot again
