Updates: What exactly is "English target descriptions file"?

Hello,

When I check for updates, there is a link to download an update called English descriptions: English target descriptions file.

I read through the product help files, and I found a brief description of the update, but nevertheless, I found the information to be very vague as to exactly what this download is for and what it actually does.

I would like to know more about this update.

Can someone please explain, in as much detail as possible, what this download is for and what it does.

English descriptions:
Downloads: desc.english.zip
Contains:Targets.nfo
Purpose: Appears to provide the information that is displayed when you highlight a detection and use the radio button to the right hand side of the results screen to display in information about the detection.

Probably because with me, I used to download them, but then I never really got any info on anything I ever found, so I quit downloading them altogether and it saves on space.
