    Question YazzleBundle1199

Yesterday when i was wandering about in my computer, i suddenly noticed that there was a strange file named YazzleBundle-1199 , located in c:\windows\system32. I started scanning it using BitDefender, and then the file turned out to be a virus called Trojan.Scarpur.K according to BitDef. But the antivirus program didn't quarantine the infected file and the file still remains there. Should i delete it? I am afraid of deleting anything in the system folder.
Plz reply as soon as possible.
    Thanks.
