Any Possible way to attach an external graphic card to LENOVO laptop

Hi every body,
Is there a way to attach an external graphic card to lenovo G580 laptop. I cannot find any slot for it the only slot which is available is i think for broadband internet device (my guess) also i cannot find bluetooth device in my lenovo, when i bought it it was mentioned in lenovo guide book also bluetooth software for g580 is avaliable online but after installing bluetooth it doesnot show the device.
any help will be appriciated.

There should be a PCI-Express slot on one side or the other - it's probably filled with a plastic dummy right now.
For the Blue Tooth, you might need to turn it on in your BIOS settings. Also, you might want to bring up your device manager and see if there are any unrecognized devices there - if so, you probably need a driver from lenovo.
