Thats just the first part of the ESET log, its not showing what and what has not been removed. If you have the time run it again and post the new log please
-
For some reason, whenever I run a scan with ESET, it never shows a log file at the end of the scan.
-
Thats fine, it looks like nothing was found, how are things running now ?

PC seems ok. I haven't been using it much coz I was a bit worried to while malware was on it. Do you think it would be safe for me to shop online & play my online games again?

Good Morning,
What I would do is to change all your passwords for sites you frequent, especially banking and shopping sites. You did have some malware on your system but nothing really that serious.
- Click START then RUN
- Now type Combofix /uninstall in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the /, it needs to be there.
Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups, any programs that where not removed you can just drag to the trash.
Malwarebytes is the free version and yours to keep and will not be removed
Safe Surfn

Hi,
I did all the stuff you said to do. I'm not sure if HostsXpert was supposed to be removed or not. It's still there.
Thank you very, very, very much for all your help. I really appreciate it! :-)

You can just drag it to the trash, no problem

OTL deleted most of the other programs when I ran it but it didn't delete HostsXpert so I just manually searched it & deleted all the files.
Thanks again. :-)

Your very welcome,
Take Care,
