Wife's laptop infected, need help please
Today (7/21) my wife was surfing the net, clicked a link and immediately got a ton of pop-ups saying her hard disk had crashed and she should "click here" to repair. She didn't. I restarted the laptop in safe mode, ran msconfig and unchecked things I didn't recognize from the startup tab. I restarted the laptop in normal mode and used system restore to a point from a few days ago (7/19). Things appear to be running OK except for Firefox, which keeps saying it's already open, even after I uninstalled/reinstalled it. I've done what I can to get the laptop running but would greatly appreciate your assitance to make sure it is indeed clean.
I have run ERUNT and DDS and logs are below/attached. Thank you in advance for your help.
