Hello,

I strongly recommend that you download all updates presented when you do a "Search for updates".
The updates have the following meanings:

The English descriptions Update appears to provide the information that is displayed when you highlight a detection and use the radio button to the right hand side of the results screen to display in information about the detection.

The StartUp Update is an updated detection list for the startup entries in Spybot.
That way you might see easily which is a bad entry and which is a good one.
Therefore you have to open Spybot in the advanced mode via the menu item mode, go to 'Tools'->'System Startup'.
