Having a problem updating Spybot

When updating Spybot, I received the message:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:

Deletefile failed; code 5

Access denied

I can Ignore, Retry or Cancel

I have Retried several times but it still stops with the same message.

I can Ignore, but the prompt says that it is "not recommended". If ignoring will not affect my update, or the integrity of the program, I will but I needed advice.

Could you try running the update again,and tell me if it lists a file along with the rest of the error message?

Might be something along the lines of this,though not exact,of course.
"C:\Program Files\Spybot-Search & Destroy\Plugins\Example.dll"
Example.dll
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
Deletefile failed;code 5.
Access is denied.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.
