Invalid page fault loading Spybot

Starting with the 25 July 2012 definitions from 2 weeks ago, I now get an "invalid page fault" Windows error while loading Spybot 1.6.2. Strangely enough, Spybot still continues to load and appears to work normally afterwards (after closing the error notification box). It occurred again today after updating the new definitions. Here are the detailed error data logs for reference. Any idea what might be causing the problem and how to resolve it? I should also note that Spybot locked up today during initial loading with the Spybot task eventually not responding in Task Manager. This has intermittently occurred many times in the past, and killing the task then reloading Spybot usually resolves the problem. No idea why it occurs, but it's not unique or associated with the recent 2 definitions updates AFAIK.
