Unhappy Please help- blocked access to virus/mal sites and scanners

Hi I have a virus and/or Malware stopping me from running any kind of anti mal or virus software, it also prevents software from updating and furthermore stops me from accessing any webpages associated with anti mal/virus software (i.e. avg, norton, malwarebyte etc.)

I have read the sticky notes and tried to download the files to get the log reports such as the DDS but it stops me from downloading this on the links that were provided. However ERUNT link was ok so I have made a back up of the registry as recommended.

    Please help.

    Thank you in advance

Do you have any other computer handy that could be used to download DDS?
