RC1 Rootkit scanner issues

Hi. I'm running rc1 and have been pleased with this version except for two issues.
1) When I run the rootkit analyzer I seem to get a ton of false positives. I ran rootkit checks with AVG and comodo products and they indicate that I do not have any.
2) the screen graphocs do not display fully at the bottom of the screen when given the results from running the rootkit scanner.
